These Terms of Service govern your use of the Qubic Wallet application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We are a software provider. The App is self-custody wallet software and a transaction-signing interface for the Qubic network.
The App allows you to manage your own private keys locally on your device and to create, review and authorize blockchain transactions.
The App does NOT provide:
You retain full control and responsibility for your private keys, accounts and digital assets. Your private keys never leave your device unless you export them.

Transactions are executed peer-to-peer directly on the blockchain, not by us
All transactions you authorize through the App are executed peer-to-peer directly on the Qubic network by validators. The App does not act as an intermediary or execute transactions on your behalf.
We do not control, operate, or manage the Qubic network. We have no control over transaction confirmation, execution speed, or network fees.
The App does NOT:

We do not operate or control third-party dApps
The App may include a browser component that allows you to access third-party decentralized applications ("dApps") or websites. These third-party services are not operated, controlled, monitored or endorsed by us.
Any interaction with a third-party dApp or smart contract is solely between you and the third party. We are not responsible for losses, liabilities or damages arising from your interactions with such services.
CRITICAL DISCLAIMER
The App is NOT a cryptocurrency exchange, broker, custodian, financial institution or money services business.
The App does NOT provide:
The App is not intended for use in jurisdictions where such services require licensing or registration.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws, regulations and obligations in your jurisdiction. This includes any reporting, tax or regulatory requirements related to your digital asset activity.
We do not guarantee that your use of the App is legal or permitted in your jurisdiction.
The App is provided in its current state without guarantees of any kind. While we work hard to make the App reliable and secure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy or security of the App.
We are not liable for damages resulting from:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to the wallet is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100 USD).

We do not store or recover your private keys or wallet information. If you lose your keys, we cannot assist in recovering your assets.

We may update or modify the App or these Terms at any time. The date of the last update will be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check for updates periodically.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
